How fast is the diagnosis of a fault?
The diagnosis time depends on the type of device, but also on the damage itself. It typically ranges from 15 minutes to 3 hours.
How long does the repair process take?
The repair time always depends on the extent of the damage and the availability of spare parts. Typically, in most cases, spare parts are readily available in our warehouse. However, there are also cases where a special component must be ordered which may not be readily available. In these cases the time is two or three working days.
Is there a warranty on the repair?
Yes, there is a repair warranty. The warranty period varies from 3 to 6 months and always depends on the type of damage and the age of the photovoltaic inverter. The warranty always covers the repaired subsystem.
